Encontré esta receta hace unas semanas en el NY Times. Me produjo hasta alivio encontrar algo diferente de las miles de noticias sobre los últimos comentarios racistas de Donald Trump, los últimos comentarios sexistas de Donald Trump, los últimos muros con la frontera mexicana que quiere construir Donald Trump, o los últimos delitos de acoso sexual cometidos por Donald Trump. Así que me enamoré al instante de la receta que me ha devuelto la esperanza en que voy a poder seguir leyendo la prensa sin tener arcadas sino más bien todo lo contrario. Pollo, estragón y chalotas, con un buen Jerez. No hace falta más.

I came across this recipe in the NY Times a few weeks ago. It felt so refreshing finding something other than Donald Trump's racist comments, Donald Trump's sexist comments, Donald Trump's Mexican border walls, and Donald Trump's sexual assaults that I was instantly in love not only with the recipe but with the fact that I was going to be able to keep reading the NY Times and not feel disgusted but quite the opposite. So hear me out, keep digging, there is more in the press these days than horrifying stories about powerful people. There is amazing tarragon chicken and shallots.
